After living here since 2012 and raising my three boys in Kona, I’m blessed to call this place home.
Do you only focus on Kona side?
Hilo and other areas of the island are amazing but given the scope and size of the Big Island, my focus is on the market where I spend my time working and doing life.

Yes. Kona has seen steady and healthy growth the past 8 years of 5.6% (as reported by Hawai'i Tribune Herald) and is on pace the next decade to outgrow the other islands; Kauai, Oahu, and Maui. This growth includes 2 new shopping centers (Waikoloa Village & Kona) in the next year, with more plans for residential and commercial infrastructure in the future.
